The Noel Group today introduced MyAssist, an affordable, live personal security and assistance application for mobile subscribers. MyAssist is available 24/7, giving mobile subscribers one-touch access to an expert team of personal assistants who can provide immediate support for a wide range of assistance needs, from emergency and medical to travel and concierge.

Live Assistance and Connections
Personal Assistance: Users can access MyAssist for restaurant referrals and reservations whether traveling or at home. Arrange for ground transportation to and from airports and/or hotels and get help locating hard-to-find products and services. MyAssist offers information services, as well as directions, empowering users by helping them to navigate their busy lives.
Travel Assistance: For the “road warrior,” MyAssist offers immediate flight and hotel reservations and acts as a dedicated “virtual” team to help resolve problems related to travel.
