MyAssist, Inc. (MyAssist) takes privacy and security matters seriously. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information gathered from both visitors to our website ("Visitors") and those who have purchased MyAssist Services ("Customers"). For further information on the terms of service for our Customers, please see our Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions by reference. Any capitalized term not found in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as found in the Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy does not cover any information collected by any affiliates or other third parties unless specifically stated.

Your use of our web site and/or the MyAssist Services signifies your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or MyAssist Services or otherwise disclose any Personal Information. MyAssist.com may provide links to other web sites. Customers may also be referred to other third parties and/or other websites as a part of the MyAssist Services. MyAssist is not responsible for the policies or practices of those third parties or content of those web sites.

Collection of Personal Information. "Personal Information" is information that can identify you or be used to contact you. Examples include your name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, birth date, age, email address, and credit card account information. MyAssist only collects Personal Information that Visitors or Customers voluntarily provide. If you do not want to give us any Personal Information, you can always choose not to participate. The choice is yours.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The Personal Information we collect from our Customers is important to us, and we know it is important to you too. MyAssist is not in the business of selling this information to others.

Personal Information is used by MyAssist to provide our Visitors and Customers with information about MyAssist and MyAssist Services or in the actual rendering of MyAssist Services. For example, in order to secure a restaurant reservation as part of our Transaction Assistance, MyAssist will provide the Customer's name and telephone number to the restaurant. Such disclosure is only made in furtherance of requested Transaction Assistance by the Customer. (See our Terms and Conditions for details on MyAssist Services.) Because of the broad range of services that we may provide, we cannot be responsible for actions taken by these third parties.

MyAssist contracts with other companies and individuals to perform certain functions for us (our "Agents"). Disclosure to Agents is only done pursuant to contracts that restrict the other party's use of Personal Information to what is necessary to perform the Agent's obligations under the contract.

As we stated above, MyAssist is not in the business of selling our Customer's Personal Information. If, however, MyAssist or its assets were sold to another business, then such sale would normally include Customer profiles and Personal Information.

Collection of Non-Personal Information. "Non-personal Information" is information about you that is not personally identifiable, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, host operating system, and other basic website statistical information that cannot identify a particular person. MyAssist automatically collects various items of non-personal information whenever the website is visited. The MyAssist website, like many other websites, uses "cookies" and similar tools to help improve the user's experience on our website. "Cookies" are small files that recognize repeat visitors. You should be able to control the use of cookies through your internet browser. Whether or not to allow cookies is your choice. If you decide to block the use of cookies, then certain aspects of our web site may not be available to you or function as designed.

Use and Disclosure of Non-Personal Information. MyAssist may disclose any such Non-personal Information it collects but such Non-personal Information that is disclosed will not be logically associated with any Personal Information except as described in the Use and Disclosure of Personal Information section above.

Updating Information. MyAssist works to maintain accurate customer profiles. A Customer's Personal Information is built into an individual profile that is used to improve individual Customer experiences with MyAssist Services. If any of your information with MyAssist is wrong, please let us know so we can update the profile appropriately.

Protecting Children. MyAssist is committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children online. MyAssist does not knowingly market to or collect information from children under the age of 13.

Security. MyAssist works hard to protect Personal Information that is collected. However, no security program is one hundred percent effective at preventing the unauthorized access, disclosure or use of Personal Information. Credit card and debit card account information provided through our webpage will be collected via a secured transmission and will be stored in a commercially reasonable secured manner. Other transmissions of data are not subject to the same security protocols and may be more easily compromised. Please contact MyAssist at 1-877-692-7747 to report any suspected security problems.

Changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to makes changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check back on a regular basis for any changes. The date of the current version of the Privacy Policy is noted at the top of the policy.
