John M. Noel
Founder

Noel has founded and overseen many successful companies, and created the modern travel-insurance concept. He was named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001, and his companies have been honored by the State of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin, and Working Mother magazine, which named Noel’s company one of the nation’s 100 best for working mothers.

Noel earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and was recognized as the university's "Alumni of the Year" in 1999. The school’s performing-arts center was dedicated in 2006 as the Noel Fine Arts Center.

Dean Sivley
President

Dean Sivley joins MyAssist after a stint as CEO of GroundLink, a tech-enabled executive car service. Before that, he was President of Travel Guard-Americas, one of the world’s largest travel-insurance providers, and Chief eBusiness Officer of Travel Guard’s global operations.

In addition, Sivley has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Orbitz For Business And Alliance Marketing; Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Travel Technologies; and Vice President of Marketing and Chief Information Officer at Rosenbluth International. He was also Chief Strategy Officer at Neon Systems and VerticalNet Inc.

Dean has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and an MBA from Columbia University.

John Cowden
Chief Financial Officer

John Cowden has an extensive, stellar track record in corporate finance. Cowden joined Noel Group in 2012 from QCSA Holdings, where he served as CFO. He has also been the CFO for ThyssenKrupp Waupaca Foundry, the division controller for Gamber Johnson, and Delco-Remy International's Vice President of Finance.

Mike Meeks
Chief Operations Officer

COO Mike Meeks has worked for the MyAssist family of companies for almost his entire working life. Starting with the Noel Group in 1999, Meeks has worked his way up through the organization, serving in international development, IT and enterprise project management, and working as a business and operations analyst before becoming vice president of Insure America and overseeing infrastructure and information technology for Noel Group.

In April 2012 Mike was named Chief Operating Officer of Noel Group, a position he retained when the assets of MyAssist and Insure America were sold to Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in January 2014.

Amy Wilson
Vice President of Operations

Wilson is recognized throughout the industry as a leader in high-end service-and-assistance operations.

Wilson joined MyAssist in October 2012. Prior to that, she served as client-services and operations director of for The Results Companies. She has also served in key service-delivery positions with Sabre/Travelocity and Orbitz.

Under Wilson’s direction, MyAssist’s service metrics have steadily improved, standards have been raised, organizational structures have been strengthened, and technological enhancements have been integrated successfully, without service interruptions.

Brad Rutta
Vice President of Marketing & Communications

Brad Rutta has been instrumental in establishing and growing the brands of MyAssist and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. He joined the company in 2012 and has helped change the image of MyAssist from an automotive concierge brand to a recognized leader in assistance services regardless of the time, place or platform.

Prior to joining MyAssist, Rutta was a marketing/communications manager with Delta Dental of Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
